When the time came for renewal of our General Liability policy the previous agent indicated that the company no longer carried the insurance we needed. I called five other agents and Benton Insurance was the ONLY one who returned my call the same day and fixed everything within 24 hours. As it turned out, the other agent just didn't do business with the company that had been insuring us any longer. Benton Insurance got the same carrier (for less money, I might add!)
